London-based SFF fans, mark your calendars: on October 15th, Paul Cornell, Zen Cho, and Cassandra Khaw will join forces for a signing at the Forbidden Planet Megastore! All three writers have crafted visions of alternate Englands in their fiction, from a small village in the Cotswolds where supernatural forces converge to a Regency era rich with magic to a Croydon where monsters creep the streets. You can pick up a copy of Zen Cho’s lauded debut, Sorcerer to the Crown, and Cassandra Khaw’s Lovecraftian noir novella Hammers on Bone, out from Tor.com Publishing next week. And attendees will have a chance to get their hands on Paul Cornell’s The Lost Child of Lychford early—it’s not out until November 1st, but a small quantity will be available for purchase at the signing!
